Apple seeded a new iOS 9.2 1st beta update to registered developers. If you have already installed the previous beta version of iOS 9 then you can get this new beta update through Apple developer portal. The release note for iOS 9.2 beta 1 is given down below.
This new beta of iOS 9.2 is carrying a build number 13C5055d and arrived just after one week of iOS 9.1 final public release. The registered can gets their hands on this update.
People who already have the earlier version of iOS 9 can get the new OTA update now. To get this new update simply head over to Software Update Section of your device Settings app. If you are a registered developer then you can download the latest IPSW file from Apple Developer Center directly.

SFSafariViewController now supports 3rd party Action Extensions. Any Action Extension that
works in Safari will also work in SFSafariViewController.
• Long tapping the Reload button in Safari View Controller now gives options to Reload Without
Content Blockers and Request Desktop Site, like in Safari.
• iOS 9.2 Beta 1 resolves an issue where WebApps saved to the home screen would not respect the
apple-mobile-web-app-status-bar-style meta tag.
If we look at the above release notes, there is some clue that iOS 9.2 beta 1 provides some more enhancements and couple of bugs fixes related to Safari view controller. As while using Safari View Controller you can use the 3rd party Action extensions which will open a new window when you click a link in some apps.
