But here we have a news that iOS 6.1.3 untethered jailbreak binary found by hacker.
With the iOS 7 on horizon, a lot of rumblings have already been appearing recently about the probability of iOS 6.1.3 jailbreak. First there is UnthreadedJB, who after launching the unknown iOS 5.1 jailbreak for the CDMA enable iPhone 4, says that they have an iOS 6.1.3 jailbreak. All those claims have certainly not been solidified by any other sources, so the judgment is certainly out about their authenticity.

iOS 6.1.3 Untethered Jailbreak
Although there’s a tethered jailbreak available for the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and iPod touch 4, the users of more recent devices such as iPad 4, iPhone 5 who may have unintentionally upgraded to iOS 6.1.3 or to iOS 6.1.4 are already stuck with no jailbreak.
The things have already been pretty calm on the jailbreak front, but now a tweet by iOS Hacker winocm, and a well known member of the jailbreak community, yesterday has brought up some hopes of the iOS 6.1.3 untethered jailbreak.
I now have a binary that untethers 6.1.3. Needs some more work though.

Based on @winocm’s tweet, the binary is available for an iOS 6.1.3 untethered jailbreak. Although he identifies that he still ‘needs some more work’, this can be possibly the ideal hope we’ve got for the real iOS 6.1.3 jailbreak.
What connection this exposure may have with the on-going work by UnthreadedJB, if there is any, are still unidentified. It is exciting, on the other hand, that these kind of claims are popping out very late in the iOS 6′s life like this one, that iOS 6.1.3 untethered jailbreak binary found by hacker.
