STEP 3: On Restore button press the Shift + Right Click (for Windows), or Alt+ Rright Click (for Mac) and choose your firmware, iOS 6.1.4   for the iPhone 5 while use iOS 6.1.3 for other iOS devices.

STEP 4: Allow the iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to state of stock firmware, do not do anything at all as it’ll take sometime.

STEP 5: The moment it is completed, go to iTunes and choose the ‘set device as new iPhone/iPad/iPod touch‘, It is crucial step to do.
