How to Install MIUI ROM:
MIUI ROM developed by Xiaomi Tech, is an upgraded firmware for smart phones based upon the open source Android system. This Custom ROM contains extra features which generally not found in the stock Android, such as toggling notification pull-down, gallery, brand new music, camera apps, an modified phone dialer that shows the related contacts as the user dial a number.
Requirements for installing MIUI ROM:
- Rooted Galaxy S II GT-I9100/P/M/T
- ClockWorkMod Recovery (Latest version)
- Download MIUI ROM from HERE
First of all download the MIUI ROM from above given link given and then shift it to Internal Storage ROOT directory of your Galaxy S-II. Never put this in a folder. Come up with a backup through CWM if you need but deleting the data is required just before installing this ROM.

How to Install MIUI ROM (Jealy Bean 4.1.2) On Galaxy S-II
- Wipe the Data/Factory Reset as depicted in below picture.
- Wipe the Cache Partition. The Recovery log will be to some extent very similar to the one in picture down below.
- Select the Installation Zip from the SD card. Select either Internal SD Card or External SDCard (microSD), exactly where you put the file. Then select GT-I9100_ModUI_1.2.Stable.zip and push the home button to choose.
- After some time your MIUI ROM will likely be installed and following screen will be there.
- Push the back button and select the Reboot device, as rebooting will show a XIAOMI Boot-Animation and finally will boot-up to flashed MIUI in 2-3 minutes. Keep in mind that 1st boot generally takes some time so show patience.
