1: Unlock Device boot loader
If you have already unlock your device bootloader then just move to stage 2:

- Press Volume + Power buttons together to get your device into Fastboot
- Connect your Nexus 4 via USB cable with your computer
- Go into unpack directory which contains the Android 5.0 factory image
- Just open the flash-all.bat file by double clicking and wait for installation process to finish and after completing the installation your device will reboot.
