Today Google has put up a major update for the iOS to its Google Earth app, providing version 7.1.1. This update features several improvements as Google Earth Ver 7.1.1 brings new user interface, street view and improved directions/search, and more much more.
The revamped UI delivers the app in line with other iOS Googleâs offerings, with new left-hand menu panel that can make navigation in app much easier than ever, and much better search that allows you to browse via results faster.
Google Earth Ver 7.1.1 complete change log:
- Google Maps Street View: With Street View, you can explore the world at street level.
- Improved directions/search: Updated directions let you can visualize transit, walk, bike and drive directions in 3D while update search result list will let you browse search results quickly.
- Improved interface: Easily browse and enable different layers through use of new left hand panel
Apart from improved user interface, the inclusion of Google Maps Street View is the most significant change in this update. Who would like to take a trip of StoneHenge? the Street View can do this for you and a lot of other virtual journeys.
And in case you make your mind up to visit these locations by yourself, Google Earth also provide improved directions which allow you to imagine step-by-step travel, biking and walking directions in complete 3D manner.
