Apple seeds iOS 9.3.2 Beta 3 to developers for testing, the new update support all latest iOS devices including iPhone, iPad, iPod touch. This new beta update arrives just after one week of iOS 9.3.2 beta 2 bug fix update. If you are a registered developer you can get this new update from Apple’s Developer Portal.
As for as changes are concern there is no extra feature provided in last couple of beta updates and the same case applied here; because according to release notes the iOS 9.3.2 3rd beta carries some typical bug fixes and performance improvements. At this point of time we didn’t find anything extra about this new firmware except Quick Actions:
Quick Actions: The Quick Actions feature tends to stutter when opening in Landscape mode for may users using the current version of iOS 9.3. However, many testers are noting that in the first beta of iOS 9.3.2, Quick Actions now opens smoothly in Landscape.

Last month Apple release the final iOS 9.3 update at March 21st event. The update offering some new features such as:
- Revamped Night Shift settings panel in the Settings app.
- Apple Watch companion app now shows current Watch face.
- Removed ‘Set Wallpaper’ option from Settings app Quick Action menu.
- New toggle in Music settings panel: ‘Add Playlist Songs to My Music.’
- New 3D Touch Quick Actions for Tips app.
- The new ability to Touch ID and password protect notes, much better News app, new 3D and Quick Actions for Apple stock apps such as Settings, Weather, Health, Compass and iTunes Store. Apple Music support in CarPlay and new Classroom app which provides the ability to manage different Apple IDs on iOS devices, enabling students to make use of same iOS device with customized profiles.
One more thing you need to know that Apple shutdown the signing window for iOS 9.2.1 yesterday. It means you can downgrade both iOS 9.3.1 and iOS 9.3 back to iOS 9.2.1.
This time iOS 9.3.2 beta 3 carries build 13F65, and available to download via Apple Developer Center. Alternatively, visit developer.apple.com to download iOS 9.3.2 beta 3 IPSW file and restore your device to it using iTunes.
Update: Apple also seeded iOS 9.3.2 beta 3 for public group. Now the public beta testers can download this new update.
