Facebook iOS App v6.1 Released With Faster Events, Improved Places Editing And New Photo Viewer Button
For the iOS devices the Facebook just released an update to its Facebook client. After the significant Facebook 6.0 released in last month, the new version 6.1 improves your experience with three useful add ons.
For beginners, the Facebook Events now more quicker on the iPod touch and iPhone. And, if you check out a venue on your iPod touch or iPhone, you will observe that Facebook has enhanced the Places editing experience.

In supplement to these two specific iPhone enhancements, I guess you will also like the much better photo viewer button on your devices.
The improved photo viewer option button allows you to save a picture to your Camera roll or share personal photos on timeline of your friend.
An additional bonus, you can also use that button to set any photo as profile picture. Indeed it is a very useful improvement: in the past, this app would only allow you to comment, like or tag the photos.

Interestingly, some iOS users are reporting that this Facebook update (or at least one that seems to have arrived at the same time) appears to feature a beta-looking icon. Furthermore, some say they are seeing the new News Feed.

No doubt that the Facebookâs iOS app is one of its most significant, and every update is a beneficial. Till now the Facebook for iOS working nicely, and most likely the mostly used iOS app on the App Store.
