You can invoke the actions quickly and easily, just double tapp on any icon that you have setup within the app settings. It’s a great but still very simple tweak, yet offering a lot of features and functions without cluttering the home screen of your device.

In the app settings you can specify the apps that you want to assign custom actions. At the moment App Activate let you to configure only five app icons. When you specify the apps then just go to the Activator’s settings to assign custom actions for each icon. For example you can set your music app to start Spotify when you double tap that icon.
