People at MacRumors provides some reports that several iOS users world-wide are facing some problems while updating different iOS apps from Apple App Store. And the most common one is the Apple ID error message while updating apps. Which was a real concern for different iOS users as they really need to update some apps and they can’t do that due to this Apple ID error.
People are getting the error message which is given below while they are attempting to update the apps on their own iOS device:

“This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.”
Apple is still to acknowledge this problem for the reason that the system status site shows that all the services are doing their job.

An Apple Support Communities’s user actually reports that a representative of Apple Support group has verified that there is a problem with their own servers, and they are doing the job to fix it down.
At this time, this issue that you’re experiencing with updating apps is being investigated. There are no possible fixes at this current time, as [it’s] an issue with our servers, but we are working on it and should have it functioning properly later today.
It seems like this issue isn’t just faced by the international iOS users, but some users inside U.S. also reports that they also got the same error message likewise. But it looks that this issue has been fixed now but we have not extra detail yet.
